【学术表现】
主要从事宽禁带半导体外延生长及器件制备有机半导体材料与器件柔性传感器方面的研究,在SmallACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesAdv. Mater. Technol.Nanoscale等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇,以第一作者身份发表英文学术专著一个章节,授权国家专利5项。
